Delivery timescales, returns, and privacy

Delivery Time scales

For prints only (no mounts included) please allow up to one week for mainland UK delivery.

For framed prints and canvases please allow up to 14 days for delivery in mainland UK and approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery to Europe. For the rest of the world,  please allow 4-6 weeks.

I'm often much quicker than the timescales I've mentioned above but from time to time I can be away from the studio at shows and it takes me a day or two to catch up with orders.  Either way I'll always let you know.

If you are in a rush for your order, just let me know, I'll do everything possible to help.

Returns 

I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your cow purchases so I have made the return/exchange system very straightforward.  All cows are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched to ensure a high level of quality.  Should you have a reason to return your cow, here's the deal:

  • Mail it back within 7 business days from the date of purchase (14 for international customers)
  • Discounted cows are not eligible for refund / exchange
  • Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases
  • Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer
  • If your cow is damaged during delivery, please send me a photograph

Payments

Paying for your purchases is simple and safe. All payments are processed using PayPal or Stripe. Both payment platforms use the strictest internet security available - Neither Sam or the Cows will ever see your credit or debit card or bank details!  You don't even need a PayPal account!

You can use an existing PayPal account OR just enter your credit or debit card details and you're away.

Privacy Statement 

YOUR INFORMATION
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.   When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.  Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. 
CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.  If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at samdmo@aol.com
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. 
SHOPIFY
My store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
