Refund policy

I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases so I have made the return/exchange system very straightforward. All artwork is thoroughly inspected before being dispatched to ensure a high level of quality. Should you have a reason to return yours, here's the deal:

Mail it back within 7 business days from the date of purchase (14 for international customers)
The artwork must be received in original condition
Discounted artwork is not eligible for refund / exchange
Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer
I reserve the right to reject a return if I conclude it is not in a new condition
If the artwork is damaged during delivery, please send me a photograph

Workshop are not available for refunds, however with 14 days notice days your dates may be changed if another date is possible.
